General conditions

Responsibility:
As a transport enterprise, Miras del Mar has enabled and insured vehicles according to what competent authority demands.
Services contracted by Miras del Mar are not responsibility of our enterprise. For this reason, Miras del Mar refuses any responsibility in case of accident, harm, damage, lack of documentation, loss of baggage, delays or other unforeseen facts, whatever it is the origin.

Booking and payment:
Booking has to be made by means of written request (e-mail or fax) and it will be valid once we send the confirmation by the same means. Likewise, reservations will be considered valid once you deposit 30% of the value of all the services you require.
In case of group booking, conditions will be determined by lenders, and tourists will have to consult about each case in particular.
Reservations have to be totally payed within 30 days before the beginning of services.

Fares:
Published fares include services that were mentioned in our programmes, with specified characteristics, categories and commodities.
Fares do not include: hotel extras (dry cleaner's shop, telephony, etc.), optional activities and/or excursions, communication or booking expenses, medical insurance and any other service not clearly detailed in the itinerary or General Conditions.
Fares are quoted in United States dollars (U$S), according to fares in force at the moment when promotion is printed or published; for that reason they can vary in case of different quotations, besides the increase of contracted services fares.

Cancellation:
Cancellations will have different debit per person, according to how many time in advance they are made with, they will also depend on the cancellation policy of each lender of contracted services.
Administrative and communication expenses will also have to be paid.

Changes:
Miras del Mar reserves to itself the right of modifying previously established itineraries (according to weather conditions or force majored reasons) if this guarantees advantages. In this case, the enterprise will reimburse the total amount of the services reserved by passengers and not effectively carried out.
